? Day-to-Day:
Greet patients with a smile and help them feel comfortable and excited about their orthodontic journey
Book appointments for new and existing patients with precision
Help create and maintain processes that showcase our dedication to customer service, quality, and efficiency
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and seamless workflows
Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, including patient contracts (payment plans) and chart entries
Manage phone and email inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner
Maintain and update office manuals as needed
? About You:
Experience in the dental or medical industry will be a bonus, but not a deal-breaker – we're more interested in your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and your ability to learn quickly!
You're a natural at building rapport with people of all ages whether chatting with kids or adults, you know how to connect
You have an eye for detail and love seeing tasks through to completion
Teamwork is your thing, you thrive when collaborating with others and enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment
Routine doesn't scare you!
You take pride in ticking off daily processes and staying organised
You understand the importance of first impressions, impeccable personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance are a must

Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5pm
No weekends or late nights!
