About the Role
We're looking for a
friendly, professional and passionate Beauty Therapist
to join our team in a
Receptionist / Beauty Therapist
role.
This is a varied position combining reception, client care and hands-on beauty treatments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients and providing a professional and welcoming experience for every client
Assisting with the smooth day to day running of the clinic
Managing bookings, appointments and client enquiries via phone, text and social media
Providing beauty treatments, including facial treatments, beauty services and laser skin treatments
Conducting client consultations and providing professional treatment advice
Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and presentation
Building strong relationships with clients and helping with client satisfaction and retention
Supporting with marketing via social media and email campaigns
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Holds either a
Cert IV or Diploma in
Beauty Therapy
and previous experience working in the beauty industry
Is passionate about beauty, skincare and client care




Is confident performing beauty treatments and facials
Has excellent communication and customer service skills being warm, friendly and professional
Is organised, reliable and well-presented
Enjoys working as part of a team and can also work independently
Is willing to learn and grow within the role
Laser experience is an added bonus, but not essential.
Training of all laser equipment will be provided
Experience using Timely booking system is an added bonus
Hours
This is a casual part-time position with availability required:
Monday:
Full day
Tuesday:
Full day
Wednesday OR Thursday:
Half day
Friday:
Full day
You will be required to work either Wednesday or Thursday, rather than both.
