What you will be doing:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Present and demonstrate light, medium and heavy-duty Hino trucks as well as a wide range of quality used trucks, buses and light commercial vehicles.
Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
Provide guidance on finance packages, warranties, and add-on options
Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience
Open to entry-level applicants with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn, full training provided
Background in sales, finance, or lending would be beneficial but is not required
Experience selling heavy vehicles desired but not essential
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate and guide customers through their purchase
Confidence presenting vehicle features, technology, and finance options
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
Self-motivated, professional, and solutions-focused
Current driver's licence and
willingness to upgrade to HR license
Australian working rights
