JRT Group has a solid pipeline of civil subdivision projects locked in across Rockhampton and Yeppoon — and we need a Supervisor with real subdivision runs on the board to take charge on site.
This isn't a one-off contract.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for supervising site operations across civil subdivision projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

What you'll be running:
You'll take full ownership of day-to-day operations on civil subdivision sites — crews, plant, subbies, program, safety, and quality — from first pre-start to final handover.
* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across civil subdivision projects
* Direct crews, plant operators,



and subcontractors to keep production moving
* Plan and sequence works against the construction program and hit targets
* Read and apply construction drawings and specs with confidence
* Coordinate plant, materials, and resources so nothing holds up the job
* Own WHS on site — pre-starts, toolbox talks, and a genuine safety-first culture
* Keep quality and environmental compliance tight across the board
* Communicate daily with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders — no surprises
* Track progress, report outputs, and keep site documentation squared away
What you need to bring:
* Proven experience supervising civil subdivision projects — this is essential, not preferred
* Solid working knowledge of subdivision construction: earthworks, drainage, roads, and underground services
* Relevant plant tickets and/or licences
* The leadership and communication skills to get a crew pulling in the same direction
* A track record of managing crews and subcontractors to deadline
* Confidence reading site plans, construction drawings, and programs
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Current driver's licence
* A genuine commitment to safety and quality — not just lip service
