HSE Administrator
The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for an
HSE Administrator
to join our growing team, based at our head office in Hope Valley.
This role operates Monday to Friday and will provide direct support to our
Corporate HSE Manager
and broader project teams.
This is an
entry-level HSE opportunity
that may particularly suit a recently qualified
Certificate IV WHS/HSE Advisor
looking to build practical experience and develop their career within the
mining and construction industry
.
Working closely with our Corporate HSE Manager, you will gain exposure to HSE systems, compliance, reporting and project requirements while providing important administrative support across Jagcor's operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate HSE Manager and HSE function.
Assist with maintaining HSE documentation, registers, records and reporting requirements.
Support the preparation, review and distribution of HSE procedures, forms and supporting documentation.
Assist with incident and hazard reporting, including maintaining accurate records and following up outstanding actions.
Support the collection and preparation of HSE statistics, data and reports.
Assist with project HSE documentation and client compliance requirements.
Maintain training,
competency and HSE-related records and registers.
Assist with the coordination and administration of HSE training, inductions and competency requirements.
Support internal HSE audits, inspections and compliance activities.
Assist with document control and ensure HSE records are current, accurate and appropriately maintained.
Liaise with project teams and site personnel regarding HSE documentation and administrative requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across Jagcor's HSE systems and processes.
Develop your practical HSE knowledge through exposure to our mining and construction projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
or a similar HSE qualification desirable but not essential, or be recently qualified and looking to commence your HSE career.
A genuine interest in developing a career in
health, safety and environment within the mining and construction industry
.
Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence working with Microsoft Office and electronic systems.
The ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced HSE professionals.
Ability to communicate effectively with corporate, project and site-based personnel.
Previous administration or construction/resources industry experience would be advantageous but is
not essential
.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
