This role is ideal for a skilled passionate about Indian cuisine and committed to delivering high-quality dishes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and contributing to menu innovation while ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.

and WHS regulations Inspect food preparation and serving areas for cleanliness Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Adapt menus based on seasonal availability and customer feedback Qualification & experience AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and diploma in Hospitality management or Relevant qualification Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage kitchen operations Excellent organizational and leadership skills About Company G13 Indian Cuisine Pty Ltd is a reputable restaurant based in Joondalup, Western Australia, known for delivering authentic Indian flavors and exceptional dining experiences.
