About the Role
The Case Worker role exists to support homeless young people or those at risk of homelessness in reconnecting with family, education, and employment.
This role involves working closely with clients, families, and organisations to drive positive change and improve outcomes for young people.
By providing case management services, you'll have a direct impact on the lives of our clients, helping them to find stable accommodation, re-engage with education, and access specialised support services.
We're seeking a part-time professional for 30.4 hours a week (0.8 FTE).

About You
We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in youth work or a related field.
You should have relevant qualifications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
