About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and safety-focused Product Technician/Machine Operator to operate and maintain production equipment while ensuring quality,



efficiency and safety standards are consistently achieved.
Working as part of our manufacturing team, you'll help deliver high-quality products for major Australian retailers, including large supermarket chains, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate equipment according to specifications
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet technical standards
Perform daily paper roll changes and machine cleaning activities
Carry out basic preventative maintenance, including lubrication tasks
Troubleshoot and respond to first-line equipment issues to minimise downtime
Complete accurate reporting on quality, productivity and waste performance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills
Experience in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment (desirable)
Ability to perform machine setup and basic maintenance activities
Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Basic computer literacy
High mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Well-organised with effective time management skills
