The Opportunity
We're on the look out for a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our incredible team on a permanent basis, five days a week.
As an integral part of the team, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and educational environment for the children in our care.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include




Ensuring child safety & wellbeing using your active supervision skills.Collaborating with the team on age-appropriate curriculum implementation.
Providing personalised attention, addressing unique learning styles and needs of the children in our care.Guiding behaviour through positive reinforcement for social and emotional development.Maintaining open communication with parents about a child's progress and concerns.Actively participating in team meetings for a cohesive approach to early childhood education.
Fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere embracing diverse backgrounds in a culturally sensitive manner.
You
Available to work up to 37.5 hours a week across Monday - Friday from 6.30am - 6.30pmWorking towards or hold a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent)Valid WWCCFirst Aid / Child Protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain)Working knowledge & understanding of Child Safe StandardsWorking knowledge & understanding of NQF & EYLFGenuine passion for the Early Childhood sector - you will enjoy communicating with and building trusted relationships with children, their families, your teammates and the wider community.
