About the role
Based at our Subiaco head office, this fixed-term full-time role for 3 months supports end users across 20+ locations spanning corporate offices and clinical settings.
You'll handle tickets through ZENDesk, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support RIS/PACS and productivity systems, and contribute to IT projects — with travel to other sites supported by km reimbursement.
Who we're looking for
Several years of L1/L2 end-user support experience, ideally in health or radiology
Strong hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting skills
Comfortable with RIS/PACS, Office, Active Directory, and service management tools
Clear communicator who can manage end users with patience and professionalism
Sound understanding of cyber security and data protection practices
ITIL or vendor certifications well regarded
Full Australian working rights; own vehicle required
