Job Description
#AAA Inner South Canberra team is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner with current suitability at Core, Proficient, or Advanced level.

In This Role You Will
Supporting NDIS participants, along with their families and carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planningOwning the assessment, development and delivery of evidence-based support plans within a complex support environmentDriving meaningful goals and measurable outcomes, using a positive behaviour support framework and a commitment to eliminating restrictive practicesEnsuring plans reflect each participant's goals, strengths and what matters most to themBuilding the capability, confidence and understanding of those supporting participants in their day-to-day livesWorking collaboratively within a cohesive multidisciplinary team environment
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Evidence of suitability at Core, Proficient, or Advanced level with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding CommissionExperience in report writing, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseloadA proactive,
self-motivated approach, with a drive to improve outcomes and test new ideasA genuine passion for working in the disability sector
