We're looking for an organised, collaborative and proactive Project Support Officer to join our Project Delivery team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, building strong working relationships, and helping others succeed.
You'll become a trusted member of the team, providing the coordination and support that enables our projects to run smoothly from start to finish.

About The Role
Working closely with Project Managers, field teams and corporate support functions, you'll be at the centre of our project operations.
You'll coordinate administration, procurement, documentation and communications, ensuring our teams have what they need to deliver successful outcomes safely and efficiently.
This is a diverse role where your attention to detail, initiative and ability to build positive relationships will make a genuine difference every day.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support our project teams by:
Coordinating project administration and day-to-day operational supportOrganising travel, site amenities, deliveries and fleet requirementsMaintaining project records,
compliance documentation and timesheetsAssisting with SAP transactions including purchase requisitions, goods receipts, invoices and expense claimsSupporting procurement activities and maintaining vendor compliancePreparing reports, registers, meeting minutes and project documentationCoordinating meetings, toolbox talks and project communicationsManaging document control and ensuring accurate project recordsSupporting Project Managers with reporting, budgeting and project systemsBuilding positive relationships with internal stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers while responding to project enquiries
About You

You'll Bring
Experience in a Project Support, Project Administration or similar coordination roleExperience working within project-based environments (utilities, construction or infrastructure experience is highly regarded)Intermediate Microsoft Office skillsExperience using SAP or similar enterprise systemsAn understanding of procurement and project administration processesExcellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and adaptableA collaborative approach and the confidence to build trusted relationships across different teamsStrong communication skills and a willingness to take initiative
