Recognition and reward programsAs Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering multiple civil infrastructure projects while ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, efficiently and within budget.
You will:
• Lead the delivery of road, bridge and civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timeframes, quality requirements and resource allocation.
• Develop estimates, tenders and bid submissions for infrastructure works.




• Coordinate project teams and provide leadership, guidance and support to employees and contractors.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.
• Monitor project performance and implement strategies to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, procurement and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business performance objectives.
You are a proactive leader who enjoys delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong project management capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience leading civil construction or maintenance projects.
