About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full-Time Supervisor to join our Michael Kors David Jones Hay Street location.
Working a 38-hour roster from Tuesday to Saturday, you will support our small team in driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and business goals
Delivering a luxury customer experience that reflects the Michael Kors brand
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting clienteling, CRM initiatives, and in-store events
Assisting with visual merchandising,



stock management, and operational excellence
Acting as a key support to the management team and stepping up when required
About You
Previous leadership experience within retail, fashion, or luxury retail
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results
Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising standards
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence using retail systems and technology
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Full permanent working rights in Australia
Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
