About the Opportunity
Note: This is a part time position (3 days per week) for a six-month period.
As Data Officer, you will work closely with the Data Systems Quality Lead to support the delivery of high-quality data management, reporting, systems support and quality improvement activities across our headspace services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, improving systems and supporting frontline teams to deliver quality services to young people.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications and/or experience in administration, data management, quality systems or a related field
Strong data literacy skills with the ability to validate, interpret and analyse information
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with databases, reporting platforms or electronic medical records (highly regarded)
The ability to build positive working relationships with clinicians and operational staff
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality, data integrity and quality standards
An understanding of and commitment to working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and culturally diverse communities
