For an ENT Specialist, this role provides the perfect balance of clinical variety, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in communities that deeply appreciate access to high-quality healthcare.
Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient care, outreach clinics, and the delivery of both elective and emergency Ear, Nose and Throat surgical services.
About your new role:
In your new role you will......
Provide high-level clinical consultation and expert advice to internal and external agencies, contributing to best-practice healthcare delivery and service development across the health sector.
This provides clinical leadership through the supervision, mentoring and development of junior medical staff and other staff involved in procedural services.
Undertake and support teaching, training and educational responsibilities to promote clinical excellence and workforce development within the specialty.
As a Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service employee, not only will you receive a competitive base salary (total remuneration):
Salary up to $******* per annum full time (L25 – L27)
Remuneration up to $486, 948 per annum full time (L25 – L27) or,
Salary up to $******* per annum full time (L18 – L24)
Remuneration up to $445, 335 per annum full time (L18 – L24)
