Our client delivers major commercial, retail and land development projects across the state, covering earthworks, underground services, drainage, roadworks, hardscaping and retaining structures.This is a great entry point into the WA civil industry — you'll work alongside experienced drainers, learn the trade on the tools, and build a career with a well-regarded, growing team.
Day to Day, You'll
Support the drainer with the installation of sewer, stormwater and shared trench services Handle materials, tools and equipment to keep the crew moving Assist with trenching, backfilling and general site labouring Keep the worksite safe, clean and organised Follow safety,



quality and environmental standards on every task What You'll Bring A robust work ethic and willingness to learn the trade Some civil, construction or labouring experience (drainage exposure a bonus, but not essential) Good physical fitness for hands-on outdoor work Current White Card and driver's licence A reliable, team-first attitude and good communication The Perks A genuine pathway to become a qualified drainer Steady, ongoing work with a strong project pipeline Competitive rates and a supportive crew that backs its people Ready to Apply?
