Mobilisation Coordinator
The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a
Mobilisation and Project Coordinator
to join our growing team, based in our head office in Hope Valley.
This role operates Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage as required.
This is a key position supporting our site operations by ensuring the smooth and productive
Mobilisation and
Rostering
of our workforce across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the onboarding and mobilisation process for new employees in line with project requirements.
Review and verify compliance of employee documentation.
Manage site access requirements and ensure candidates are mobilised seamlessly.
Schedule and monitor pre-employment medicals and compliance checks.




Process new starters through client portals and assign inductions.
Arrange PPE for new starters and coordinate travel/flight bookings for site mobilisation.
Develop and maintain active rotating shift rosters.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across Human Resources processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in a mobilisation, onboarding, or HR coordination role (resources sector highly regarded).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems.
Previous experience with
Fortescue CMS, Success Factors and INX
(highly regarded).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
