Court & Spark Boutique is seeking an experienced and commercially focused
Store Manager
to lead our Mackay store.
This permanent management position is suited to a strong retail leader with a proven ability to
drive sales, achieve KPIs, lead and develop a high-performing team, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards
.
Working
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance and operation of the store.
The role requires a high level of
autonomy, initiative and accountability
, with responsibility for maximising sales opportunities, managing team performance, maintaining strong stock control and ensuring the store consistently meets operational and presentation standards.
THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading and motivating the team to achieve individual and store sales KPIs
Driving sales performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
Coaching and developing team members to deliver confident, high-quality customer service
Monitoring individual performance and addressing areas requiring improvement
Maintaining strong visual merchandising standards throughout the store
Implementing merchandising changes to maximise product performance and sell-through
Managing stock levels, replenishment, transfers and inventory accuracy
Maintaining excellent presentation and operational standards
Managing day-to-day store operations and resolving issues as they arise
Supporting staff training and onboarding
Ensuring company policies, procedures and customer service standards are consistently followed
Reporting on store performance, sales and operational priorities to management
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with
proven retail management experience
who can demonstrate solid results in:
Sales and KPI achievement
Leading and motivating a retail team
Visual merchandising
Stock control and inventory management
Customer service
Staff coaching and performance management
Day-to-day retail operations
You will be commercially minded, organised and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of your store and make decisions confidently within company guidelines.
Experience within
women's fashion, lifestyle or a similar customer-focused retail environment
will be highly regarded.
