This is a vacancy
for Permanent and Fixed Term appointments at various hours per
fortnight, with the possibility of extension and/or
permanency.
We
are currently seeking Orderlies to join our team.The
Orderly is responsible for the provision of an efficient and
effective logistics service by performing a range of functions
including movement of patients, equipment and materials.

Fiona
Stanley Hospital (FSH) is an 863-bed tertiary and
quaternary hospital providing a broad range of specialised
healthcare services.
These include the State Rehabilitation
Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, dedicated mental health
facilities, maternity, paediatric and neonatal care, as well as the
State Adult Burns Service.
FSH also delivers highly specialised
treatments such as heart and lung transplantation and hyperbaric
medicine.

Suitability
Criteria: Suitability recognises that merit is determined not only

In addition to the Essential
Criteria and Desirable Criteria outlined in the attached Job
Description Form (JDF), the below requirements will also be
considered to determine your suitability for the
role:
Candidates must be able
to do rotating roster which includes morning, afternoon, night,
weekend and Public Holidays shifts.
Due to
the physical nature of this role, the successful candidate must
be able to remain on their feet for long hours and walk an
average of 20,000+ steps per day.
A good level of physical
fitness is essential to perform the duties safely and
effectively.
Suitable
candidate must be able to complete three-week full-time
mandatory training

selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy,
applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for
