The Regional Administrative Officer provides a comprehensive administrative, secretarial and clerical services to personnel located within the Regional Office.
Primary Purpose of Role:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of an effective administration, document, file and records management system
Provide a high quality information and reception service to volunteers, members of the public and other agencies on a broad range of activities associated with the CFS
Contribute to effective and productive injury management by promptly and accurately processing Workcover and injury reports by injured volunteers
Assist other Regional and Operational Staff as directed
Undertake Operational Administration support during emergencies within the Regional Headquarters
