Monday to Friday, 7:00am start
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and reliable Fibreglass Repair Technician to join our experienced and supportive team.
In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and upgrading fibreglass components on semi-trailers and rigid truck bodies, contributing to the maintenance and quality of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Removing damaged components and preparing surfaces for repair
Grinding, sanding, trimming, and cleaning surfaces to a high standard
Fitting and installing recent parts and equipment
Working with fibreglass materials during repair and maintenance processes
Maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and quality workmanship
Keeping the work area safe, clean, and organised
Requirements
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
Strong experience working with fibreglass materials
Experience with gel coat, resins,



and power tools
High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in refrigerated semi-trailer manufacturing or repair
2-pack painting experience
