About the role
The Caravan Group Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated
Caravan Sealer/Cleaner QC
to join our team on a
full-time basis
in Officer South, VIC ****.
This role is crucial to maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness across our caravan fleet.
You will be responsible for inspecting, sealing, and cleaning caravans to ensure they meet our rigorous quality control standards before they reach our customers.
This position plays a vital part in delivering excellence and protecting our reputation in the caravan industry.
What you'll be doing
Applying appropriate sealants and protective coatings to caravan interiors and vulnerable areas
Cleaning Caravans prior to leaving factory for Dealerships.
Conducting thorough quality control inspections of caravans to identify any defects, damage or areas requiring attention
Documenting inspection results and quality control findings in accordance with company procedures
Identifying and reporting any structural or manufacturing issues to management
Maintaining a clean and organised work setting and properly storing all cleaning and sealing materials
Adhering to health and safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Collaborating with other team members to meet production schedules and quality targets
What we're looking for
Proven experience in caravan cleaning, detailing, and sealing or similar roles within the Caravan industry
Knowledge of caravan construction and sealing techniques
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues and defects
Physical fitness and capability to perform repetitive tasks involving lifting, climbing, and working at heights
Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet quality and production deadlines
Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team member




A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards in the workplace
Reliability and a strong work ethic with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
A current driver's license is preferred but not essential, you will however be required to report to our Officer South Factory located 5 minutes from Pakenham.
