About the role
We're looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead the Noarlunga boutique and create an environment where both customers and the team love to be.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, inspiring their team, driving sales and building a positive store culture in a fast-paced retail setting.

What you will do
Drive store performance through sales, conversion, and team engagement
Lead from the front, creating a high-energy and customer-focused store environment
Recruit, coach and motivate a casual team to deliver strong results
Manage daily operations including rostering, stock control, and store standards
Maintain visual merchandising that reflects current trends and brand identity
Build a culture that is fun, inclusive, and aligned to the brand's personality
What you will bring




Previous Store Manager or robust Assistant Manager experience
A confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Experience working in fast-paced retail, ideally within fashion or streetwear
Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and driving performance
A passion for streetwear, surf, or lifestyle fashion
Ability to work independently and take ownership of store success
