Work covers installation, maintenance and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems in fixed plant and process environments — surface and underground.
Essential
WA A Grade Electrical Licence
Cert III or IV Instrumentation (E&I; roles)
C or MR Driver's Licence
AS/NZS **** knowledge
Working at Heights & EWP
White Card
LVR/CPR & First Aid
4WD Training
First Fire Attack
Police Clearance
BHP and/or RTIO induction (highly regarded)
Australian working rights




Desirable
Fixed plant / process plant experience (mining, chemical, refinery)
HV Switching Certificate
DCS / SCADA exposure
Forklift Licence
Crew leadership experience
Solid safety and communication standards
