Based in the heart of Tasmania's North West, you'll manage a mix of acute care, emergency presentations, and community health, offering the full, rewarding scope of Rural Generalism in a town that truly knows your name.

· Top-Tier Earnings: Total potential earnings including in-clinic billings up to $380k plus a daily VMO on-call rate of $145k/year.
· Relocation & Housing: A generous House & Car package (valued at $60k) plus sign-on and relocation support.
· Government Incentives: MMM5 & DPA location—eligible for significant moratorium reductions and the $100k Tasmanian Government incentive.
· Sustainable Roster: A highly manageable commitment of just one day per week and one weekend per month (1:4 to 1:6 rotation).
Skills & Experience
· Fellowship: FRACGP or FACRRM (or progressing toward it).
· Emergency Savvy: Confidence in ED settings; current ALS2 or REST certification is preferred.
· Spirit: A community-minded clinician with a genuine love for the great outdoors and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
