We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a growing lithium mining company on a temporary basis.
This role will be working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with an initial duration of 3–4 months covering a period of leave, with potential to extend.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional with Pronto experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and can hit the ground running.
Reporting to the Finance Team, you will be responsible for managing a range of accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing high-volume invoices and payment runs Matching invoices,
purchase orders and receipts Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies Maintaining supplier records and responding to supplier queries Performing reconciliations and general AP administration Supporting month-end processes Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Officer role Pronto ERP experience is essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines Experience within mining, resources or heavy industry environments (highly regarded) If you are an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with Pronto experience and are available for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
