About the role
We are seeking a full time bar professional to join our team at the Macedon Village Hotel, a vibrant hospitality establishment located in the picturesque town of Macedon, Victoria.
This is a full-time position based at our ward winning Macedon location.
You will have a key role in ensuring all our guests have a great experience while they are with us.
What you'll be doing
Having a great time while you are working the rest of our team
Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive, welcoming environment for guests
Maintaining our service standards with other team members
Assist with training, and management of existing and talented hospitality team
Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service
Make awesome drinks and really engage with our guests
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Macedon Village Hotel
What we're looking for
Proven experience in pub style bar and wanting to take the next step up in your career
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to creating a positive guest experience
A can do attitude that has the ability to role with what each day brings
Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the Macedon Village Hotel
