About the Role
Canberra Grammar School is seeking beginner and experienced
coaches who are committed to developing students in their chosen
sport.
The role of a Co-curricular Sports Coach is to instruct
students on fundamental skills and foster player development within
a fun, inclusive and safe environment.
We offer the following
sports:
Summer Sports:
Cricket, Dragon Boats, Rowing, Touch Football
Year-round:
Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Strength and Conditioning,
Swimming, Water Polo
About You
You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
Engaging and enthusiastic coaching style with effective
communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of
abilities across various age groups
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging and
effective training sessions
Two professional references
All team members at CGS are required to have:
Appropriate qualifications
A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
A current National Police Check; and
Full working rights within Australia.
