Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider administration team, the position combines client service, corporate administration and office support within a collaborative, professional environment.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator, existing Client Services Team Lead, or a 2IC ready to take the next step into a broader leadership opportunity.
Core responsibilities include
Providing exceptional client service and acting as a key point of contact
Answering incoming calls and managing general client enquiries
Preparing corporate documentation and supporting compliance processes
Managing ASIC and ATO compliance administration
Supporting company and entity administration, including company changes and corporate compliance activities where required
Maintaining corporate records, documentation and compliance activities
Supporting client onboarding, documentation and ongoing administrative requirements
Liaising with clients, internal stakeholders and external organisations
Assisting with office coordination and maintaining a professional client experience
Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable administration where required
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflow
Working collaboratively with the wider client services and administration team
Providing broader administrative support across the organisation as required
About You You will bring experience across:
Client services and administration
Corporate administration and compliance
ASIC and ATO processes
Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Xero, MYOB or similar systems
Microsoft Office
You will also possess:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive approach and desire to continually improve processes
Leadership capability or the confidence to take ownership
