SCAFFOLD TEAM LEADER – PERTH ONLY (NO FIFO)
We are seeking an experienced Scaffold Team Leader to join our crew for ongoing work across the Perth metro area.
This is a Perth-based role only — No FIFO.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team in the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding in accordance with Australian Standards and job specifications
Conduct and complete risk assessments before each task and whenever the scope of work changes
Ensure compliance with Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) / Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)




Maintain high safety standards and promote safe work practices onsite
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, team members and clients
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely and to company quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 year experience as a qualified scaffolder (team leader or leading-hand experience highly regarded)
Valid Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding Ticket
Valid Construction White Card
Valid Working at Heights certification
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Manual licence preferred but not essential
MR Truck Licence desirable, but not required
Solid leadership skills and the ability to guide a small team
Must have the right to work in Australia
Minimum 6 months team leadership experience in a construction or scaffolding environment
