Job Description
We have up to 15 Full-time positions available for general farm labour, picking, packing and pruning blueberries in Coffs Harbour NSW area, and surrounding regions.
Work will start at various times, starting from August ****, and is expected to go for 9 months.
You will be paid as a Level1, Full-time Employee under the Horticultural Award **** (MA******).
Hourly and/or Piece Rates may apply.
There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in the Horticultural Award **** (MA******) award.
The position requires availability for shift work over a 7-day roster.
Minimum 38 hours per week, and shift duration is 6am to 4pm, although at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business.
Please note that random drug & alcohol testing may be conducted.

Ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to work continuously at a high level of concentration
Ability to work in a team setting
Ability to bend low to the ground for long periods
Ability to tolerate hot and humid conditions for long periods of time (40+)
Must be physically fit and agile
