We are seeking someone to help our manager oversea our sales team in a busy Fresh Seafood store in Toowoomba.Sales: Drive daily sales goals, manage cash register and general help to the manager and staff.Seafood Quality: Daily inspect and maintain health and safety procedures and displays.Staff Support: Help train recent and existing staff and step in as the manager needs.Stock: Keep up stock levels and stock rotation.Customer Service: Answer questions about cooking methods fish types origin and product knowledge.
