Level 1 Waitstaff casual
Duties
Must be a people person with a friendly, happy attitude at all times
Greet customers, take orders, and provide efficient table service
Deliver food and drinks and ensure customer satisfaction
Transparent and reset tables during service
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas (including general cleaning duties)
Work closely with kitchen and team for smooth service
Process payments using POS system
Requirements
Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Expectations
Be punctual, well-presented, and reliable
Work well in a team and assist where needed
