We're looking for an experienced chef or food qualified who loves great produce, enjoys working with people, and is ready to take ownership of the daily production rhythm of our Mt Hawthorn butcher shop.
This is a hands-on role that combines food production, planning, mentoring junior staff and serving customers.
You'll write prep lists, coordinate production, place orders, maintain high standards and help ensure every customer leaves inspired for dinner.

You'll need to be organised enough to manage production, confident enough to work independently, and generous enough to support the rest of the team when things get busy.
