EL2 equivalent | ICT Project Delivery | Digital Transformation
Our client, who contribute to growing knowledge and innovation for the benefit of the Australian community is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical digital transformation project.
Duties of the Senior Project Manager
Managing a range of complex project activities and coordinating projects;
Developing and maintaining accurate project documentation including projects plans and project status reports;
Contributing to planning, monitoring workflow and developing strategies and work practices;
Providing project management expertise and training to other staff;
Developing and managing positive and productive relationships with key internal stakeholders across IT, policy and programs teams to deliver outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required
Demonstrated experience managing complex IT and non-IT projects;
Knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to apply appropriate principles, practices and controls that proportionate and relevant to organisational needs;
Significant experience in working with multidisciplinary and diverse business and technical teams;
Sound judgement and risk awareness, with the ability to take a balanced and considered approach to decision making;
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Project and Planner.
