About the RoleAs Duty Manager, you'll lead shifts across our busy gaming room, bar and bistro, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong gaming compliance and smooth day-to-day venue operations.
You'll be a visible leader who motivates the team while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
What You'll Bring
Previous hospitality leadership or Duty Manager experience.
Current RSA,



RSG and Responsible Persons (RP) Badge (essential).
Strong knowledge of gaming operations and Responsible Gambling requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example.
Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
