The TeamHospital in the Home is a service that delivers hospital-level care to patients in the comfort and safety of their own homes, helping them avoid hospital admissions or transition home safely and sooner from inpatient care.In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the service runs seamlessly so patients and their families receive the highest quality care.
