About the RoleAs a Membership Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression for every person who walks through our doors.
Your role will include:
Converting enquiries into memberships.
Conducting club tours and consultations.
Prospecting and generating new leads.
Following up appointments and enquiries.
Building relationships within the local community.
Delivering an exceptional member experience.
Supporting club operations and presentation.
Assisting with local marketing and events.
