exceeding sales & profit for the storeEnsure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenishedCreate a VM presentation of the store from door to floorEnsure the store is tidy and well presentedThis role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best.
You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.About you:Passionate about the customer experienceHave a positive attitude – we can teach the rest!
