We are
currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse
to provide clinical support to the team at Bethanie
Dalyellup Aged Care Home.
This role
is available on a casual basis.

About
You
Currently registered
with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
(AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR
(HLTAID009) Certificate (or willingness to obtain
one)
Relevant clinical
experience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but is
not essential
Ability to work
independently and professionally
Ability to motivate
staff and promote a positive work environment
Strong
written and verbal communication skills and ability to
confidently use clinical information systems
Willingness to uphold
the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie
Group
Willingness to obtain
relevant vaccinations (minimum of one covid and annual
flu)
Current NDIS Worker
Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one)
The
Role
Take
immediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safe
and effective manner, while providing direction to Enrolled
Nurses and Care Workers
Complete assessment
and / or admission requirements
Maintain an effective
referral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and / or
allied health staff
Ensure
that clinical records reflect care, in line with all
accreditation standards and legislative
requirements
Provide mentoring and
training to employees where required
