About the role:The Waterloo Hotel is a 28 room, waterfront, retro-style hotel in Swansea, on the east coast of Tasmania.
It has a bar, sauna and restaurant with a fully renovated, all electric commercial kitchen.The hotel is seeking an experienced and agile Bar Manager/chef/couple.
The position(s) offer a unique opportunity to lead all aspects of the venue Including day to day operations and events.
The owners are open to suggestions and different models of operation.
