Workforce International are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator/ Pick Packer to join our clients rapid-paced logistics warehouse team, located in Kewdale.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator looking to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday (6am/2pm)
Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts in a warehouse, transport and distribution zones
Adhere to load restraint procedures, pedestrian safety protocols, and exclusion zone requirements.
Assist with warehouse operations, including stock movement and storage.
Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and situational awareness at all times.
Requirements:
Valid forklift ticket with 6–12 months minimum experience operating counterbalance and/or reach trucks in a high-risk workplace.
Solid understanding of load restraint, pedestrian safety, and operating in exclusion zones.
Strong situational awareness and commitment to a safety-first culture.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
