About the Team
Industry Skills and Learning sits within External Engagement and Partnerships and supports the delivery of industry-facing educational and training activities, such as bespoke and modular enterprise learning programs and short-form professional and executive education, in collaboration with partners and faculties.
Job Purpose
This role supports the delivery of industry-facing education and training offerings through coordination of technology platforms and provision of customer service and learner support.
It contributes to consistent, high quality learner experience and continuous improvement across the learning lifecycle.
There are two opportunities available for the role.
Role Responsibilities
Support operational delivery of enterprise and short form learning offerings.
Coordinate platform activities including enrolments, course setup and learner communications.
Respond to learner enquiries and manage issue resolution across systems.
Coordinate learner onboarding and support processes.
Manage feedback surveys and contribute to analysis of learner data.
Maintain records and support compliance and quality assurance processes.
Skills, Attributes and Knowledge
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.




Ability to coordinate processes across multiple systems.
Analytical ability to interpret learner feedback and data.
Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Knowledge of digital learning platforms and operational processes.
Understanding of governance, policy and quality assurance practices.
Experience
Experience coordinating operational processes in a complex environment.
Experience supporting and maintaining digital systems and user support.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders.
Experience contributing to collaboration across academic or professional groups.
Qualifications
A degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Remuneration
Base Salary Range: $109,014 - $120,596 (HEW7) plus 17% superannuation (pension).
The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
