Scents The Perfume Specialists Ocean Keys is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team in Clarkson, Perth WA.As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.What you'll be doingManage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedbackEnsure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and product presentationImplement effective inventory management strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise lossesAnalyse sales data and customer trends to develop and execute targeted marketing and promotional activitiesFoster a positive and engaging store environment that encourages customer loyalty and repeat businessLiaise with the head office team to support the overall business objectives and strategic initiativesMaintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirementsWhat we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role,
