Quarterly visit to our head office (Brisbane, QLD) will be required.About the opportunityAct as a key escalation point for customer issues, incidents and site concernsEnsure full HSE compliance across all activities onsite at our Malaga based workshopIdentify and convert business development opportunities to support growthTake ownership of end-to-end service delivery: planning, execution, quality and customer outcomesOversee the Perth facility and field operations, ensuring readiness of people,
equipment an toolsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships as the key WA Enerflex representativeDeliver against revenue, margin and performance targetsCoach and develop your team and conduct performance reviewsEnsure accurate reporting, governance, planning and operational discipline (SAP, work orders, scheduling)Lead, support and develop a small teamAbout YouMinimum 10 years' management experience in a similar environmentExperience in business development, with a track record of winningnew workStrong technical background with the ability to understand field operations and equipmentProven experience leading and supporting small teamsDemonstrated commitment to safety-first culture and HSE complianceHands-on leader willing to support teams on-site and resolve operational issuesCommercial mindset with the ability to balance operations and revenue growthStrong ability to build and maintain client relationships in the fieldClear and confident communicator with strong leadership and influencing skillsWell-organised, adaptable,
