We are seeking an experienced baker to join the Parap cheesecake bakery on a full time basis.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, mix and bake cheesecakes in accordance with the bakery's in-house recipes and quality standardsDecorate and finish cake productsPrepare the bakery for early morning opening, ensure display cabinets are fully stockedMaintain food safety and hygiene standards and assist with stock rotation and maintaining a clean and organised work areaRequirements:Cake baking qualifications (or at least 2 years' commercial cake baking experience)Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety and cleanliness, ensuring the bakery, equipment and work areas are kept clean and comply with all food safety requirementsStrong teamwork and customer service skills.Send your CV to ******: $77,****** – $80,****** per yearWork Location: In person
