We're looking for an experienced and motivated Receptionist / Customer Service Advisor to become the first point of contact for our customers.This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who has previous experience working within the automotive industry and enjoys building relationships with customers.You'll be responsible for:Greeting customers and creating a skilled first impression.Answering phone calls, emails and online enquiries.Booking appointments and managing the workshop schedule.Preparing customer quotes and invoices.Explaining our ceramic coating, window tinting and vehicle protection services.Following up customer enquiries and converting leads into bookings.Processing payments and maintaining customer records.Coordinating vehicle drop-offs and collections.Assisting with general office administration.What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (service advisor, receptionist in automotive services, etc.)Outstanding communication and organizational abilitiesCustomer-focused approach with a friendly, professional demeanorAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual,
