About the Opportunity: A great chance to join a world leader in the Dairy Industry as a Maintenance Coordinator at our Clarence Gardens Site.
About the Role: This position is responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day management of the Site's maintenance department including the allocation of tasks and rostering to respond to mechanical breakdowns, preventative maintenance activities and any other equipment repairs/installations.
Responsibilities include: Supervision and coordination of all Lactalis maintenance personnel and contractors reporting to this role, including rostering, timesheet management, performance oversight and coordination.
Ensure the timely completion of both planned and unplanned maintenance works to support reliable factory operations and minimize plant downtime Provide technical support and oversight for daily maintenance activities to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of issues Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in Safety, Quality, and Efficiency,
