This 6-month Operations Administrator role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, supporting projects, coordinating financial workflows, and ensuring everything runs efficiently.

As the key link between Operations and Finance, you will play an integral role in supporting project delivery and business performance.
You will ensure purchase orders, timesheets, upsheets, invoicing information, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timeframes.
Through maintaining reliable records, following up outstanding information, resolving discrepancies, and improving visibility across operational and financial processes, you will contribute to efficient project execution and positive commercial outcomes.

About the role: Reporting to the General Manager Site Services, the successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial administration, payroll compliance, and efficient project support across Operations and Finance.
Qualifications,
Experience and Skills:
Essential:
Experience in operations, project, finance or contract administration Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and document control Experience coordinating timesheets, purchase orders, invoicing documentation or similar workflows Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and fixed deadlines Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and shared document systems Transparent written and verbal communication skills and confidence following up stakeholders Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate causes and follow matters through to resolution Ability to handle confidential employee, payroll and commercial information appropriately Desirable: Experience in mining, resources, emergency services, construction or another project-based environment Familiarity with FIFO rosters, allowances, travel and site-based timesheets Experience with enterprise resource planning, payroll, rostering or invoicing systemsUnderstanding of purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes Experience supporting month-end invoicing, reconciliations and financial reporting At Parabellum International, our core values of transparency, agility, family, making a difference, and going above and beyond are at the forefront of everything we do.
